Transforming Ayurvedic Consultations for Unilever's Innovation Team
Unilever, a global consumer goods company, tasked their innovation team with exploring a novel idea: creating a platform where users could quickly take an Ayurveda Dosha Quiz and find remedies, while also connecting with Ayurveda consultants for personalized advice.
The challenge lay in creating a seamless, user-friendly platform that could accurately assess a user's dosha, provide relevant remedies, and facilitate consultations with Ayurvedic experts, all while maintaining the integrity of this ancient practice.
We developed a custom Shopify application featuring an intuitive, fast-loading Ayurveda Dosha Quiz. The quiz uses adaptive questioning techniques to ensure accuracy while keeping the user experience smooth and engaging.
We fully utilized Shopify's robust e-commerce features, creating a custom integration between the quiz results and product catalog. This allowed for personalized remedy recommendations based on the user's dosha profile.
We developed a comprehensive consultant onboarding process and an appointment booking system with calendar invites, seamlessly integrated into the Shopify application. This system allows for easy scheduling and management of consultations.
