Columbia Pacific Communities (CPC), a leading senior living community provider, recognized the need to modernize their online presence to better serve tech-savvy seniors and their families. They approached us to completely rebuild their website, aiming to create an engaging, informative, and accessible digital platform.
The senior living industry has traditionally lagged in digital adoption. CPC's existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to showcase the vibrant lifestyle of their communities. The challenge was to create a website that appealed to both seniors and their adult children while effectively communicating CPC's unique value proposition.
We implemented a user-centric design with clear navigation, larger fonts, and high-contrast options. The new site is fully WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. This reduced the bounce rate to 25% and increased average session duration to 3 minutes 20 seconds.
We integrated virtual 360° tours, resident testimonial videos, and an interactive event calendar. This increased virtual tour requests to 15% of visitors and boosted overall lead generation by 200%.
We implemented progressive profiling forms and integrated a CRM system with automated nurturing workflows. This increased form completion rates to 40% and improved lead-to-tour conversion to 20%.
